Hello there, my name is Mike. I'm the owner/chef of Melted Smoke. My story is a passion project that began many years ago, long before I ever imagined building a food trailer. Cookouts and barbecues always brought friends and family together, and I found myself grilling and smoking meats almost every weekend. Gradually, my hobby developed into something more: I started to experiment with different recipes, flavors, and techniques and won a few awards in local barbecue competitions. This gave me the confidence necessary to take my business to the next level.

I've spent years perfecting and testing my recipes, and now I am excited and proud to share them with everyone. All of my meals are handcrafted with love and passion, so you know they'll always be of the highest quality.
